I bought an engagement ring from James very recently. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he went out of his way to assist me. Great service and wonderful collection of jewellery too!

I recently bought an engagement ring from James and he made the whole process an absolute pleasure. He's knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his trade, responded promptly to any questions, and he sorted out a same day resizing for the ring after it was fitted. He's also just a lovely man to deal with. I'm absolutely going back to him next time we have something big to commemorate.

Found myself a fabulous “forever” piece in wonderful James’ cabinets today. An absolute showstopper…. and James seemed to be as touched by my reaction as I was by the ring. He is a real enthusiast and so visibly passionate about his treasures; someone that enjoys jewellery and seems to enjoy other people’s enjoyment of the same as much or more. I will be trying to resist returning any time soon… but it won’t be easy 😂 Purchasing jewellery is an emotional experience and James added to that experience immensely 🥰
